On site horses, goat, and pigs there to love on and visit even if you dont have your own horse. Trails maintained to keep access to the beauty year round. Good for horse or hike. Limited motorcycle or quad use (your own) if waiver signed and hours limited. We will continue all landscaping as annually required.  You will pay your own propane and electric.  water is a well that is getting switched to solar this fall.   looking for 600+ credit and double the rent as income. if no car or debt payment, I can accept 4k mth as income.
